About Annie S. Mulligan, Esq.
Mulligan Law and Mediation prides itself on offering affordable mediation rates with the aim of helping individuals settle their differences rather than engaging in costly litigation.
Annie is the founder and leading attorney at Mulligan Law & Mediation. After graduating cum laude with departmental honors from the University of Colorado at Denver, Annie earned her Juris Doctor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she participated in Moot Court, served as a Student Ambassador, and reestablished the Family and Juvenile Law Society, over which she presided for three years. She also earned Peer Mentor of the Year twice.
Beyond her education and training in the law at Atlanta Legal Aid (Fulton County), Fortson David Law, William S. Foley, P.A., and Colorado Legal Services, Annie brings to her work both insight and passion. These qualities arise from her broad exposure to a variety of experiences: litigating domestic violence cases, preparing for trial (including extensive discovery work and client/witness interviews), and serving as a Court-appointed Special Advocate for Children.
Annie is also a certified mediator in both general mediation and domestic (family) mediation. She and her firm pride themselves on offering affordable mediation rates in order to help individuals potentially settle their differences and cases prior to having to engage in extensive litigation.
